Wonen en leven te midden van de natuur, met ruimte en vrijheid voor onszelf en onze dieren, was een droom die wij beide van jongs af aan hadden.  Dit alles werd werkelijkheid toen we in 2004 in onze woonboerderij gingen wonen in het buurtschap Stegeren. Een mooie landelijke  plek, met veel ruimte  gelegen in het mooie bosrijke overijsselse vechtdal. Hier konden wij genieten van onze  gezamelijke hobby,s  de friese paarden en onze labrador retrievers.
